2. APPLICABLE PRIVACY LAWS

Wilder Way is committed to compliance with the following privacy legislation:

PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) — Federal Canadian privacy law governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in the course of commercial activity.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) — Where applicable, for individuals accessing our services from the European Economic Area, we apply GDPR-consistent data practices including the right to access, correct, and delete personal data.

Best practice standards consistent with HIPAA principles — While Wilder Way is a Canadian business not subject to US HIPAA legislation, we apply equivalent standards of care in handling sensitive health-related information for clients accessing services from the United States.
